Asset Management (AFAM) is asset class and industry agnostic. It communicates with many common industrial and network protocols, as well as integrates to major systems across a broad range of services including industrial, fire, security, electrical, IT and more. Integrations allow the synchronisation of all assets and devices into the AFAM asset register. AFAM then manages the performance and lifecycles of all synchronised assets providing visibility of health status and real-time information.
• Asset repository, categorisation and classification
• Key information – warranty status, uptime, service history, audit trail, documents
• Location tracking and movement
• Import and Export functionality
• Asset Upgrades, Transfers and Disposals
• Unique asset identifiers: QR code, NFC
• Mobile App Service and Maintenance Management
• Data Synchronisation and Offline Mode
Again AccessFlow’s unified product enables leveraging of other modules. Association of only certain assets to qualified contractors, implementation of automated permits/hazards or access control to assets. All entities in the system can be joined in a compliance chain to as1sist in managing business risk – especially on high value assets and areas.
Manage, Monitor and Increase Performance Of All Asset Types Across Your Facility
AccessFlow Asset Management is an Enterprise grade solution that manages any asset type and scales to a virtually unlimited number of individual assets. AFAM provides tools to monitor, manage and maintain the performance and longevity of the asset.
Asset Class and Industry Agnostic
Asset Management (AFAM) is asset class and industry agnostic. It communicates with many common industrial and network protocols, as well as integrates to major systems across a broad range of services including industrial, fire, security, electrical, IT and more. Integrations allow the synchronisation of all assets and devices into the AFAM asset register. AFAM then manages the performance and lifecycles of all synchronised assets providing visibility of health status and real-time information. End User Administrators are notified of critical faults, predictive maintenance needs and important attention required.
Next-Generation Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Planned preventative maintenance schedules, tasks and key performance indicators are then managed inside AFAM. Maintenance is performed through a feature rich mobile app and automatically populate documentation and maintenance matrices visible to the End User. All service and maintenance performed against the asset is recorded and retained as well as audit trail of all user changes. Other information about the Asset such as invoices, user documentation and images can be uploaded to the asset.
No Asset Too Small or Too Large, We Can Manage and Track It
With inbuilt GIS Maps, Geofencing and Asset Tracking, AccessFlow now manages both static and mobile assets of any class type. Mobile assets can include anything from small IT devices to large industrial assets within industries such as Transportation, Logistics and Mining. GIS Maps can be utilised in both online and offline modes ensuring real-time status of asset location and availability. Geofences can be created to alert on the movement and proximity of an asset. Further integration with asset information protocols or data linked to GPS or IoT devices can provide correlated data on the asset’s health, speed and performance.
Centralised Asset Information and Visibility
The Administrator has an overview of all the assets connected to the system. Any new asset added can be automatically syncronised into the register. The status of each device is able to be polled in real-time to detect changes in health status, firmware versions and other critical asset information. Each device can be further categorised into asset sub-types and classes as well as information on where the asset is located including tracking of the asset’s location and history.
System and Asset Lifecyle Management
AFAM offers a comprehensive suite of lifecycle management features, including asset depreciation and valuation, robust reporting and auditing capabilities, budget forecasting and analysis tools, and seamless integration with Procurement and Financial Systems. By forecasting planned costs from asset service history and maintenance schedules, AFAM helps optimise asset budget analysis. The outcomes and benefits are significant, with extended asset lifespan, reduced maintenance costs, avoidance of unplanned downtime, and enhanced operational efficiencies.
Measure Contractor Performance and SLA’s
By governing the way service and maintenance of systems and assets are performed, to business-defined outcomes and standards, not only is progress and quality of workmanship now visible to key End User stakeholders, AFAM helps maximise the performance and lifecycles of those systems and assets. Through integration with Job Management software, AccessFlow can ensure that not only must there be an active job, but all time and attendance report correlated with invoices are now visible to the End User. This provides transparency and accountability of the service provider like never before.
