Next-Generation Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Planned preventative maintenance schedules, tasks and key performance indicators are then managed inside AFAM. Maintenance is performed through a feature rich mobile app and automatically populate documentation and maintenance matrices visible to the End User. All service and maintenance performed against the asset is recorded and retained as well as audit trail of all user changes. Other information about the Asset such as invoices, user documentation and images can be uploaded to the asset.

Mobile assets can include anything from small IT devices to large industrial assets within industries such as Transportation, Logistics and Mining. GIS Maps can be utilised in both online and offline modes ensuring real-time status of asset location and availability. Geofences can be created to alert on the movement and proximity of an asset. Further integration with asset information protocols or data linked to GPS or IoT devices can provide correlated data on the asset’s health, speed and performance.

Centralised Asset Information and Visibility

The Administrator has an overview of all the assets connected to the system. Any new asset added can be automatically syncronised into the register. The status of each device is able to be polled in real-time to detect changes in health status, firmware versions and other critical asset information. Each device can be further categorised into asset sub-types and classes as well as information on where the asset is located including tracking of the asset’s location and history.
