We hold personal information that we collect in electronic storage facilities, including computer servers, desktop and laptop computers, tablets, mobile phones and other portable data storage devices.

We store all personal information collected within Australia, specifically on Amazon AWS servers located in Sydney, ensuring that your personal information is not stored offshore.

We protect personal information that we hold from misuse, interference and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure using appropriate security measures, which include:

  • physical security measures such as secure premises and physical access restrictions
  • technical security measures such as secure servers and databases, password access, two-factor authentication, anti-virus software, data encryption, firewalls and virtual private networks
  • administrative security measures such as staff training on data protection and access control procedures

We regularly review and update our security measures to ensure the ongoing protection of your personal information.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected unless otherwise required by law.  If we hold any personal information that we no longer need for any purpose for which we may use or disclose the information, then we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify the information unless we are required by law to retain it.
